WHO WILL MAKE MY PLAN AND HOW? 
Your workout and meal plans will be made by Shashank once all the data is collected over you first call.
WHO DO I GIVE MY UPDATES TO ? 
All daily updates to be given to your second coach. The updates, your progress reports, Overall doubts and queries will be overlooked by Shashank to be able to curate your next plan.
WHAT IS THE DURATION OF EACH ROUTINE AND DIET PLAN? 
The diet and the workout plan will be changed every once in 4 weeks. The changes are going to be made according to your progress and preferences.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN EMERGENCY AND CAN'T FOLLOW THE PLAN?
You are allowed to freeze your plan for a period of 10 days. The communication for the same must be sent to your coach via email. 
WHAT IS THE MEDIUM OF COMMUNICATION WITH MY COACH? 
You can communicate with your coach via the chat option that will be available in your dashboard accessible to you post your registration /onboarding. Your coach will answer your questions within a maximum of 24hours. 
WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIFIC QUESTIONS FOR SHASHANK
Every month you will be contacted by Shashank (head coach) who will be analysing your progress and will set your next plan for you. Incase of a question that only he can answer you can request your second coach to set up a call with Shashank.
CAN I ADJUST MY MEALS?
This program ensures that you will have complete customised and personalised meals which will be designed in a way to ensure it meets all your daily nutritional needs. The meal plan will be made according to your schedule, your food preferences, availability, with not much master chef skills and as hassle free as possible!!.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH SUPPLY?
The plan will be made as supply friendly as possible providing you with a grocery list, only after understanding the availability of products around your vicinity. The plan will be designed in a manner that you can follow with utmost ease and comfort.
I HAVE AN INJURY.
The plan will be made after throughly examining your medical history and any injury that you have suffered in the past or even so are still suffering from the same. All workout routines will be made keeping in mind the injury and with precautionary measures to make sure you don't aggregate it further, but make it better if possible.
I AM ALLERGIC.
Not to worry! The plan and supplements if required to be taken (prescribed with consent), will be included only after throughly going through allergic foods and substances.
I AM A BEGINNER.
The plan will be personalised according to your experience level in terms of diet and workout. If you are a beginner the plan will be set at a level 1 basis where we will slowly ease your body into the routine and not jump into anything intermediate. The workout routine will have guided videos that will be attached with each exercise which will help you understand step to step how to perform the particular exercise. You can always get back to your coach if you are facing any blockers.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT? 
STEP 1
Once the payment is completed our team will get in touch with you to start you onboarding process.A form will be sent via EMAIL along with a welcome kit, that requires you to fill in all the necessary details such as name, age, height, weight and other basic INFORMATION.
STEP 2
 Once the onboarding is complete you will be contacted by Shashank who will go through all your information in detail and contact you further if required.
STEP 3
Shashank after understanding all your preferences, medical history, and experience in terms of workouts will then make a complete customized plan that will be designed to fit perfectly just for you.
STEP 4 
Your tailor made plan is now ready for you to start!
STEP 5
You will be assigned an additional coach to whom you have to send in your daily updates and your questions and progress reports (weekly).
STEP 6
YOUR PLAN WILL BE UPDATED/CHANGED AFTER EVERY 4 WEEKS BY SHASHANK BASED ON YOUR PROGRESS.
WHAT IS THE REQUIRED TIME COMMITMENT? 
The required time commitment towards a healthy lifestyle for yourself is only 45-60 minutes per day for your workout!
WHAT IF I HAVE ANY DOUBTS? 
You ask we answer!
